When other bakers come in for a stage or a quick visit, they always seem to be curious about what equipment we’re using. And, if I rewind a 2 years, I remember it being difficult to imagine the setup I would need if I started baking hundreds of loaves each week (We bake 350-450 loaves each week - across 3 baking days).
So, here is a walkthrough of the equipment we currently (Dec 2021) use for bread production (including a short video demo of our deck oven).
